Great ideas deserve thoughtful

visuals that elevate them.

Daniel Chimal is a Germany-based visual designer and illustrator whose work is moving off the page. While editorial and commercial illustration remain central to his practice, he's increasingly drawn to how his visual language translates into objects and spaces.

His aesthetic is rooted in the folk art and bold design of his native Mexico City, filtered through an architectural sensibility that makes him think dimensionally. The same graphic DNA that defines his illustrations now informs his exploration of three-dimensional forms.

Daniel is available for illustration commissions and design collaborations.
