How I work

Yes! I take on commissions and collaborations, both in Germany and anywhere in the world. And we can happily talk through your project in German, English, Spanish or Portuguese, whichever feels easiest for you. :)

Editorial, press, covers and graphic work, for print and digital alike. Commercial projects and design work that needs strong visuals, plus plenty in between: posters, cards, events and more.

Every project starts with a relaxed conversation, I like to call it the warm-up. From there it's simple:

You stay in the loop at every step. You're welcome to hand me a clear brief or let me develop the concept from scratch. Either way you'll get my style and my own way of seeing the world, which is usually what people come for.

You're licensing the right to use the work, not buying the original. The licence is shaped around your needs (scope, reach, media), and it can always be extended or expanded later. Exclusivity and full buyouts are possible too, just keep in mind they come at a higher fee. The rights to the work stay with me unless we agree otherwise, while the licence itself can be as broad as your project needs.

No. Every illustration is made by hand, with digital tools and ideas that come from human inspiration. That's the whole point. Where AI does lend a hand is the boring stuff, admin and the little tasks that would otherwise eat into drawing time, so I can stay at the drawing board.

I'm from Mexico City and based in Berlin, with a background in architecture and a real passion for colour, form, ideas and objects. That training lets me approach form strategically, giving life to objects that tell a story and solve a real need for my clients.

To put together a fair quote I need to know the shape of the project: geographic reach, how long the licence runs, the media and formats it'll live in. So we chat first, then I build a package that fits your budget and your needs. That first conversation comes with no obligation, it's simply where we set the goals and plan from there.
